•Potatoes ( आलू )
•Onion ( प्याज ) – 2
•Tomato ( टमाटर ) – 4
•Dry Garam Masala ( खड़ा गरम मसाला )
•Jeera ( जीरा ) – 1 tbs.
•Kasuri Methi ( कसूरी मेथी ) – 1 tbs.
•Kashmiri Mirch ( कश्मीरी मिर्च ) – 1 tbs.
•Turmeric Powder ( हल्दी पाउडर ) – 1 tbs.
•Coriander Powder ( धनिया पाउडर ) – 2 tbs.
